The following are the company’s permanent principles, which constitute our moral commitment and our philosophy of action or, in other words, all our privacy policies.
The Nechi Group’s Integrated Management System Policy is the materialization of the firm commitment of the companies that make up the Nechi Group to integrity, transparency, confidentiality and security of information, innovation, equality and social responsibility in our business activity. All the people who compose it, and especially the Management, are committed to comply with it and to make it known to our stakeholders.
Nechi Group’ s Integrated Management System Policy is based on the following pillars:
➢ INTEGRITY: We have the necessary mechanisms in place to generate strong ethics, involving all stakeholders and based on objectivity and professional impartiality in our business activity.
➢ TRANSPARENCY: All information regarding our business and financial activities, our management, results and our contribution to society through Corporate Social Responsibility, culminating with the annual Global Compact Report, where we report our activities in human rights, labor standards, environment and anti-corruption, is assured to anyone who requests it.
➢ GOOD GOVERNANCE: Professional relationships are based on respect for constitutional principles, laws and the dignity of individuals.
➢ COMMUNICATION: We have simple and accessible mechanisms for our stakeholders to request information or report situations of conflict of interest.
➢ CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT: Our Transparency Policy is reviewed on an annual basis and whenever it is deemed advisable, due to important modifications in the activity or structure of the company or changes in legislation and market rules.
➢ CONFIDENTIALITY: All employees comply with professional secrecy and data protection, maintaining the confidentiality and security of information relating to the company at all times.

With the definition of this Quality Policy, NECHI GROUP is committed to orient all its activities towards the achievement of a single and main objective, customer satisfaction and orientation.
The achievement of this basic objective depends on the motivation, commitment, continuous training and participation of all NECHI GROUP personnel, led by the company’s chief executive officer, who is the General Manager.
Regardless of the job position and responsibilities of each employee, we are all ultimately responsible for our own work, always seeking the satisfaction of both external and internal customers. We must think that the next in our work process is our internal customer, therefore we must also seek their satisfaction.
We must achieve this work purpose by relying on the application of the Internal Work Procedure, which guarantees uniformity, continuous improvement and working towards a single common goal.

NECHI GROUP’s management is aware that information is a highly valuable asset, both for the organization and for our customers, and therefore requires adequate protection. For this reason, NECHI GROUP decided to implement an Information Security Management System (ISMS) aimed at protecting information from threats and ensuring the continuity of business lines, minimizing damages and maximizing the return on investments and business opportunities.
With the definition of this Information Security Policy, NECHI GROUP is committed to orient all its activities towards the preservation of the three fundamental characteristics of information:
➢ Its confidentiality, ensuring that only those authorized can access the information.
➢ Its integrity, ensuring that the information is not altered during storage, processing or transit.
➢ Its availability, ensuring that authorized users have access to the information and its associated assets when required.
This Policy provides the reference framework, based on the strictest professional ethics, for the elaboration and implementation of an Information Security Management System that guarantees:
– The inclusion of Information Security in all the company’s strategic processes, as well as the implementation of the corresponding improvement actions.
– Assignment of security responsibilities.
– The implementation of objectives, controls and measures necessary to minimize information security risks .
– The protection of personal data and the privacy of individuals.
– Protection of intellectual and industrial property rights.
– The establishment of an information classification system and the safeguarding of the organization’s records.
– Information Security awareness, education and training for all personnel and stakeholders.
– The recording of safety incidents and continuous improvement based on their learning.
– Business continuity, developing continuity plans in accordance with internationally recognized methodologies.
– Compliance with business requirements, current legislation and regulations and contractual safety obligations.
– Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability of the information in all the services object of the system.

At Nechi Group we firmly believe in our responsibility to achieve a better world. That is why our activities always include social commitment, both in the definition of strategies and in the decision making process regarding the viability of our projects.
All those projects and/or stakeholders that, after an exhaustive qualitative analysis, do not comply with these values, violate the 10 basic principles or are contrary to the objectives of sustainable development, are not considered part of our objective and, therefore, are not contemplated in our activity.
This commitment is included in all our contracts with customers and suppliers, as well as in our internal processes.
As far as possible, we will always try to avoid negative impacts of our activity and if this is not possible, we are committed to compensate for them.
